Electromagnetic Compatibility Consulting and Testing
Our team has solved complex EMI and EMC issues in all types of products, including medical, automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
We offer pre-certification testing to determine if a client’s product is ready for the full FCC certification process using our in-house screen room, calibrated against Underwriters Labs’ FCC certification test results. This allows us to predict with good accuracy whether a product will pass or fail any given test limits. Our facility also has a garage area where we work on large products, such as motorcycles and automobiles.
We also troubleshoot products that have already failed FCC or EMC testing, including radiated and conducted emissions, susceptibility, grounding, shielding, filtering, cable coupling, and PCB layout EMC-related problems.

Sanders RF has the skills to assist with new product design and development to bring your wireless product to market cost-effectively. We have electrical, mechanical, and prototyping capabilities, using in-house 3-D printing capabilities and machine shop. Our skills include product size reduction, replacement of obsolete parts with a new design using modern parts, and design of a system from scratch.
