How We Work

The Sanders RF Consulting Process: Step by Step

Our RF consulting process is designed to be transparent from first contact to project close. No surprises, no scope creep – just focused engineering work on your specific problem. Here are the steps in the process.

Contact Us

Reach out via phone or our contact form. Reach out via phone or our contact form. Tell us what’s going on – the more detail the better, but don’t worry if you’re not sure where to start. We’ll ask the right questions.

We Figure Out the Fit

We’ll assess whether your project matches our expertise. If it’s not something we can solve, we’ll tell you straight. If it is, we’ll tell you how we’d approach it.

Scope and Contract

We define the work, estimate the time, and get a contract in place before anything starts. No surprises, no scope creep. You know what you’re getting and what it costs.

Engineering Work Begins

Work gets done in our lab and screen room or on-site at your facility, depending on what the project requires. Sanders RF consulting process - lab equipment used for RF and EMC engineering work

Updates as We Go

You won’t be left wondering what’s happening. We keep you in the loop throughout. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you immediately.

Project Close

When the contracted work is complete or the problem is resolved, we close the project cleanly. If new issues surface, we scope a follow-on engagement. No open-ended billing.
